NavBot runs on a Mac you own, stores its memory in a single local file, and pipes up through your phone, your dashboard, and a real-time voice room. Below is what it does, who its specialist agents are, and a light taster of how the stack hangs together.
01 · What NavBot does for you
Not a feature list, the things that change the shape of your week.

Always on, always you
NavBot lives on a Mac you keep awake. Telegram, dashboard, voice room, scheduler, four interfaces, one brain. It knows your week, your goals, the thing you said three days ago, and the brand you ship under.

Proactive, not reactive
Morning brief at 7am. Weekly summary on Sundays. Pipeline pulses, calendar conflicts, stalled deals, surfaced before you ask. Quiet enough to never get muted, useful enough to be the first thing you read.

Voice native
Speak a voice note, NavBot transcribes it via Groq Whisper Turbo. Get replies back in your chosen voice via ElevenLabs. Or open the War Room, a real-time voice room powered by Pipecat + Gemini Live where you brainstorm at the speed of a phone call.

Branded skills built in
Generate branded images via Nano Banana 2. Draft .docx invoices using your own bank details and payment terms. Spin up LinkedIn carousels with your colours and font. All from one user.yaml profile.
02 · A screenshot in flight
Headline counts, a roster of every agent, a jump-off into every system. This is the live dashboard, running on my own Mac, hidden behind Cloudflare Zero Trust so only my email opens it.

03 · Five specialists, one team
Each agent has its own personality, its own tools, and its own forum topic on Telegram. Drop a research question in one thread, a follow-up email in another, a deploy in a third.
- GeneralistMain
- Your default conversation partner. Brief, direct, no filler. Routes to specialists when it makes sense.
- ResearchNavigator
- Deep dives, competitive analysis, technical comparisons. Sources cited, fact distinguished from inference.
- CommsSignal Officer
- Drafts email, Slack, LinkedIn. Tone matches the channel. Never sends, you confirm, then it goes.
- ContentScribe
- Long-form writing, scripts, marketing copy. Edits for rhythm and voice. Owns image generation and carousels.
- OpsEngineer
- Deploys, infrastructure, debugging. Reads before writing. Destructive operations require confirmation.

04 · A taster of the infrastructure
- 01 · Front door
- Telegram bot, dashboard at localhost:3141, War Room voice room, phone via Cloudflare Tunnel.
- 02 · Brain
- Claude Code as a subprocess on your Pro/Max subscription, not the per-token API. OpenRouter as automatic fallback.
- 03 · Memory
- Local SQLite (WAL mode) at ~/.navbot/navbot.db. Gemini embeddings for semantic recall. Nothing in the cloud.
- 04 · Agents
- Five specialists, each with a personality and a scoped toolset. One Telegram forum topic per agent.
- 05 · Always-on
- Eight launchd services on macOS. Daily 4am git pull and rebuild. Forward-only DB migrations. Never goes silent.

Local-first memory
One SQLite file holds every conversation, every memory, every pipeline cache row, every scheduled task. WAL mode lets all four interfaces read and write concurrently without locking. Nothing in the cloud. Nothing on a SaaS box. Backup is one cp command.

Self-updating, never silent
Eight launchd services keep NavBot alive across reboots and crashes. A nightly job pulls the latest commit at 4am, rebuilds, and pings you with what changed. When Claude is rate-limited, an OpenRouter fallback steps in. When that fails too, NavBot tells you to try again later instead of burning credit.
05 · How you actually get NavBot
Distributed through the NavAIgate Skool community. Three doors in, depending on how much of me you want sat beside you.
L7 · Annual
Self-serve
Annual subscription, full source code, a 56-lesson classroom that walks you through every step, and a community of operators running the same stack. You ship it yourself, on your own pace.
L8 · White-glove
I deploy it with you
Same NavBot, but I sit down with you 1-on-1 and we wire it into your stack until it's running. Earned through Inner Circle activity or purchased as an upgrade.
L9 · AIOS
In person, with me
One-day onsite workshop in EU, US or the Middle East. Small groups of 6 to 8. Walk out with NavBot already running on your kit, plus ongoing premium 1:1.
