So I run Claude, Codex and Cursor side by side in bb every day, and on a normal day that's 39 chats across three harnesses, and the thing I kept losing was what each one was actually doing, which one needed me, and what I'd said I'd come back to.
So we built NavAIgate Workspace, a plugin for bb that turns the sidebar into a run sheet, puts a to-do list next to the chat it came from, and gives you a board that moves on what the chats are actually doing. It's free, it's on GitHub, and there's a full guide with every shortcut if you want the detail.
See what every harness is working on
Every chat shows whether it's running on Claude, Codex or Cursor, and the card at the top tells you what's working right now and how many chats need you.
Say it once, and it's on the list
Tell the agent what's left to do and it adds each item, linked to that chat, and you open the list on the right with Command-Shift-D.
Four columns that move on their own
To do, Doing, Check and Done, and an item moves to Doing when its chat starts working and to Check when it finishes. Nothing goes to Done unless you put it there.
Install it
You need bb 0.44 or later, and then it's two lines in a terminal, and the second one switches on the NavAIgate theme, which you can change back any time.
bb plugin install git:https://github.com/skyremote/bb-plugin-navaigate-skin.git@^0.6.0
bb theme set plugin:navaigate-skin:navaigateIf bb doesn't switch to the new sidebar on its own, pick NavAIgate rail in Settings, Appearance, Sidebar, or run this:
bb settings ui set sidebar.threadListProvider '"navaigate-skin/rail"'Folders need the Projects & Sections plugin, to-dos are stored in bb's own Tasks plugin, and the usage line under the chat box reads bb's Account Pooler if you use it, and if one of those isn't there, the rest still works.

How it works
The sidebar
Chats sit under their project, and with Projects & Sections installed they sit inside your real folders on disk, so the project root stays the same and you choose which folders you want to see. Click a section heading to fold it, drag it above another one to change the order, and right-click anything for the full menu.
Tags and Come back later
Press + Tag next to the harness filters, give it a name and a colour, and then right-click any chat to tag it. Right-click a chat and pick Come back later, and you choose why, so it's either just to revisit, done but you want to check it, or it has a mistake, and it moves into its own section at the top with a small animated mark so you can't miss it.

Doing things in bulk
Hold Command and click to pick chats one at a time, hold Shift to pick a run of them, or press Select to get checkboxes, and then you can flag, tag, pin, archive or delete the lot in one go, and delete asks you once for the whole batch.
The to-do list
The quickest way is just to tell the agent, so for example "we've got the hero copy, a pricing FAQ and the nav fix to do", and it adds three items linked to that chat. Press Command-Shift-D, or the To-do button in the chat header, and the list opens on the right, and you can switch between this chat, its folder and everything. Paste a list into the box and every line becomes its own item.

The Board
This is the bit I wanted most, because most boards only move when someone remembers to move the card. Here, when a chat linked to an item starts working, the item moves to Doing, and when every linked chat has finished it moves to Check, ready for you to look at, and nothing is ever moved to Done for you, so you're the one who signs it off.
Usage under the chat box
There's a line under the chat box that shows how much of the context the chat has used, with a small dial and a tick where auto-compaction starts, and next to it the session and weekly windows of the account that chat is actually running on, which matters if you run more than one subscription.
Charts in replies
Agents can answer with a real chart instead of a list of numbers, and the plugin teaches them how, and if you want to write one yourself it's one line:
::nav-chart{kind="bars" title="Threads by harness" data="Claude:26,Codex:9,Cursor:4" highlight="Claude"}What it touches
It reads the Tasks and Account Pooler databases on your own machine read-only, every change goes through those plugins' own controls, your tags and flags stay in bb's plugin storage, and the only thing that leaves your machine is the font request to Google Fonts. There's no account, no key and no tracking.
Every shortcut, step by step
The guide walks through each part with screenshots, a shortcuts card and the trailer, and the source is on GitHub if you want to see how it's built or change it for your own setup.
Two commands and you're in
If you set it up and something doesn't work the way this says it should, tell me, because that's how it gets better.
